What inspired your business idea?
Knock Knock App was born from a simple observation: businesses spend thousands driving traffic to their websites, but most visitors leave without engaging. In a physical store, a salesperson can read body language and approach at the right moment, why couldn’t websites do the same?
We set out to bridge that gap, creating real-time, human (or AI) engagement that converts browsers into buyers.
What was the first step in getting started?
We started by validating the problem with our existing network of digital marketing clients. They all wanted more leads without spending more on ads. From there, we built the first version of Knock Knock App, a lightweight widget that allowed website owners to see live visitors and start instant video or audio calls.
Early adopters saw a 30–40% lift in conversions within a month, confirming we were on to something.
