Our Review Process

At DotCom Hustle, the goal is to empower software users and side hustlers with unbiased, comprehensive software reviews. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, we bring up close knowledge and expertise to ensure our reviews are practical, insightful, and actionable.

Criteria For How We Review

Research & Analysis

Our in-house team conducts in-depth research and analysis for each software tool by testing firsthand. There may be instances where access may be limited for first party testing. In such cases, we supplement our reviews with third-party information and thorough research to ensure we offer a well-rounded perspective.

Content Updates

To ensure the relevance of our content, we refresh our reviews at least once every 6 months.. We monitor vendor updates, and if a software releases significant changes in terms of features, pricing, etc., we revise our reviews to reflect these changes.

Third Party Feedback

We often incorporate public feedback from other users to present a wider perspective of each software. This external view enhances the depth and mitigates bias of our reviews.

Monetization & Transparency

We maintain affiliate partnerships and offer paid ad placements. If a review or content benefits from a paid ad placement sponsorship, it is marked as a “featured sponsor”. Additionally, we have other advertising placements like in-line article ads, pop-ups, and widgets. Our commitment to transparency ensures that our readers are always aware of sponsored content.
